About The Coaches

Tiffany is a mother of 2 girls, Brooke and Reese. She is a seasoned soccer player and occasional triathlete. Along with her athletic background, Tiffany is a Director of The Woodlands Marathon. Tiffany is a proud graduate of Texas A&M.

Coach Tiffany got involved with RSB because her dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. After her trip to Indianapolis to get certified it became obvious that she had to be a part of this program. Tiffany’s best friend Jenee, took control as Head Coach, her twin sister Dawn is one of the coaches, and her mom is the other coach. Needless to say, the family is ready to fight with HOPE in their corner!!!

Dawn is an avid competitor.  She enjoys sports of all kinds and has participated in over 150 running and triathlon events in the past 10 years.  Boxing is a calling that came when her father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2016.  She has personally seen the remarkable change that the Rock Steady community and athletics can make in people’s lives.  Fight back!

Coach Jenee

Head Coach Jenee’ Cisne holds a 1-0 record as an amateur boxer and is currently still training as a boxer and a kickboxer with hopes of continuing to compete. She started training for fun and fitness when she met her husband 8 years ago who is a Pro fighter and the Coach for our Team USA Sanda team.
Jenee’ has a BS in Psychology and enjoys working with and helping those affected by Parkinson’s. Having an Uncle who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s many years ago is a big reason for her getting involved with this program. Jenee’ has witnessed the powers of this program and is a firm believer in the benefits and quality of life it has to those diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Marilyn Renken is a co-founder of Rock Steady Boxing North Houston with her twin daughters, Dawn and Tiffany and close family friend Jenee Cisne.  She is a Rock Steady Boxing Certified Trainer and is an inspiration to all of her boxers and family.  She has made Rock Steady a place for not only physical exercise but a family experience for her boxers.  Marilyn has participated in sprint triathlons, 5k runs, half marathons, and numerous run/walk events for charity.  Truly she became a soccer mom over 40 years ago but never lost her drive for fitness and exercise.

Aside from raising 4 children now grown and helping enjoy 4 grandchildren, she has worked professionally as an office manager and human resources executive.

But her value and commitment to Rock Steady can be viewed at every session with her enthusiasm and support for her boxers.  Needless to say, proof of her caring can be seen in the fact she was brought to Rock Steady after her ex-husband was diagnosed need we say more.
